We collect proposals and produce a custom summary report including available hotels, dates, rates, meeting room details and food and beverage charges for your review. You select the short-list of properties you would like to pursue, and we negotiate the best deal for you. If you would like to conduct site inspections, we will make the arrangements for you.

We can help make recommendations, but the decision is yours and you remain the VIP client in the eyes of the venue. After you select your preferred venue, we request and review the contract and then send it to you for signature.
